All orders are shipped by via USPS. Rates may vary by shipping location and are auto calculated by weight of products ordered. Orders over $75 qualify for free ground shipping within the US. All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days of order placement before being shipped. At checkout you may choose varying shipping options, from First Class to Priority Mail Express. Please note: We do not process “rush” or “overnight” orders any faster than other orders, keep that in mind when choosing your shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an estimated arrival date.
We stand behind our 30-day product satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within thirty (30) days of the product received date. Must have proof of purchase or be emailing from same email order was recorded under.
To return products, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive instructions. If you are getting a refund, any shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless product was defective or an error on our behalf. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and give you an approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Standard processing time of refunds varies and is determined by your credit card holder or bank.
If the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item. Please email us at email@example.com to help you resolve this issue if it arises.
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time and provide detailed information regarding any product damaged during shipping. Please include photos and a full description of the damages to the products.
We are currently only accepting Square approved payment methods! Square allows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept PayPal currently.
